Die Veröffentlichung ist als umfassendes Doppel-Vinyl-Paket konzipiert und vereint zwei unterschiedliche musikalische Ebenen: einen 11 Songs umfassenden, komplett neu komponierten Original-Score von Fat Mike sowie einen 15 Tracks starken Soundtrack. Letzterer enthält zwei brandneue, bislang unveröffentlichte NOFX-Stücke: den aktuellen Radio-Erfolg „40 Years of Fuckin’ Up“ und das emotionale „We Did It Our Way“, das als der allerletzte Song geschrieben wurde, den die Band jemals live zu spielen gedenkt. Ergänzt wird die Zusammenstellung durch sechs seltene Demo-Aufnahmen und Raritäten – darunter Versionen von „Secret Society“ und ein „La Bamba“-Cover – sowie Live-Aufnahmen der Fan-Favoriten „Linoleum“ und „NOFX“. Das von Tokyo Hiro illustrierte Album enthält zudem ein 24-seitiges Retrospektive-Fotobuch mit seltenen, unzensierten Einblicken in die turbulente DIY-Historie der Band.

The deluxe double-vinyl release splits its focus between Fat Mike’s cinematic instrumental score and a stacked 15-song soundtrack compilation. The soundtrack portion features two brand-new, unreleased studio tracks: the alternative-radio single "40 Years of Fuckin’ Up" and "We Did It Our Way"—the latter specifically penned to serve as the final song the band ever intends to perform live. Fans will also treated to six rare and unreleased recordings, including early demos for "Secret Society" and "On The Road," a cover of "La Bamba," and blistering live renditions of staple classics "Linoleum" and "NOFX." Adorned with original cover art by Tokyo Hiro, the package is rounded out by a 24-page retrospective photo book capturing the raw, uncompromising, and deeply personal DIY history of the band's legendary run.
